Topic: rain

1. Do you like rain?
   Well, it depends on where I am. If I am staying at home, then yes I enjoy raining. The sound of heavy rain on the windowpane is quite soothing. However, if I’m riding my motorbike on the road, then I get irritated because I get soaked to the bone. That’s it.
2. Does it rain a lot where you live?
   It depends on the season. During the rainy season which extends from May to November, it rains a lot. The weather during this time is quite unpredictable. It could be sunny for a second and then a downpour for another one. However, in the dry season, the weather tends to be boiling hot and muggy because it rarely rains. Sometimes, there can be a heatwave that lasts for weeks. That’s it.
3. What do you do on a rainy day? Well, my sister and I are both obsessed with fast food. Therefore, when it is pouring down and we are all at a loose end, then we would like to chill with a comedy and enjoy some fast food. It is wonderful. That’s it.
4. What do you do when you are outside and it’s raining?
   I usually kick myself for not bringing my raincoat. It is always at home when I need it. If I have time, I’ll go to a café and grab a coffee until it dries up. That’s it.
5. How does rain affect life in your country?
   In my opinion, it has both negative and positive effects on life. On the plus side, it is essential for agriculture and water supplies. However, heavy rainfall can lead to flooding and cause damage to infrastructure, homes, and so on. That’s it.
